Uprising - Showcasing the Best in Indie Crafts!
In
November 2005, Urban Craft Uprising gathered the most innovative,
artistic and crafty vendors from the Pacific Northwest and gave our
4,000 visitors a shopping experience like no other!
People
were lined up an hour early to witness the event and to grab one of
the 100 swag bags given to lucky shoppers. Thanks to everyone who
helped make Urban Craft Uprising such a wild success!
With over
50 indie designers and crafters, this was the largest gathering of
craft stars to ever set up portable-shop under one roof in Seattle.
In
December 2006, Urban Craft Uprising will expand to bring in over 100
vendors in an event that will span two days and include a fashion
show. Urban Craft Uprising will be bigger and even better - stay
tuned for more details!

Our
mission: We are funky, independent designers with craftitude. We will
bring to Seattle, Washington an annual juried show of vendors whose
work is handmade and reflects the current DIY revolution. Our goal is
to provide the optimal environment for vendors to showcase their
creations and for the public to have the opportunity to buy unique,
handmade, one-of-a-kind items.
