Camp ThunderCraft Class: The Sacred Art of Self-Care
Holding space for one’s self is essential to the work we put out in the world, when we nurture ourselves we in turn nurture those around us. The class will begin with a brief, guided mediation followed by learning to recognize the light/shadow of our behaviors and how you can invite more of what you want by merely creating space. In this class you be lead to take self inventory and guided on how you can call what is of more importance into our own lives. As individuals, you will each set up a rhythm for self care rituals: daily, weekly, monthly + annually. The class will end in a burning bowl ceremony.
