Diane Kane has 22 years of hands-on experience as a small business owner, consultant, speaker and group facilitator. She holds a Master of Science in Organization Development.

Prior to committing to her current teaching/consulting role, Diane was the owner/founder of Seattle based Heartfelt Connections, Inc., a gift manufacturing company established on her kitchen table in 1992. Diane grew Heartfelt Connections from its home-based beginnings to an enterprise with national product distribution and sales groups in every major U.S. city.
